Whether you’re looking to remodel a couple rooms, start a fully custom new build, freshen up your space with furniture, or maybe something in between, we've got you covered. We manage all steps of the design process for you.




We will keep you informed along the way. We include regular communication, site visits and updates in our project scope so that you’re never wondering what stage the project is in or when your furniture will arrive.

STEP 1: LET’S CHAT.

After receiving your inquiry we will reach out to you to set up a quick phone introduction. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about your project and get to know each other. We will discuss your timeline, budget, and overall design needs.

STEP 2: ONBOARDING.

Site visit to your home. We will set up a time for a 45-minute in-person meeting at your home. We will get to know each other, learn about your project scope, budget, and timelines in more detail. After we’ve got all the details of your design dreams, we’ll create and send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated design fees of your project.

STEP 3: DESIGNING YOUR DREAM HOME.

We follow it up with a meeting to get measurements for your project, review your design needs, and schedule our next design review meeting. This is where we select all of the beautiful and pretty things for your home! Tile, slabs, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and appliances are all selected during showroom visits.

STEP 4: BIDS, CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

After measurements of your home are taken we put together a full construction set. This will be sent to contractors to bid on your project, and submit for permit. We review all contractor bids to ensure every detail is accounted for, and that they are the best fit for your project. After we build out your design plans, finishes and you give the final approval, it’s time to start ordering and tracking all of the finishes. We order all finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures, decorative light fixtures, etc. for your project.

STEP 5: CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION.

The moment construction begins, we work closely alongside the general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed to perfection. We track and manage all aspects of the construction phase with your contractor to ensure your project remains on time, scope and budget.

STEP 6: PROJECT INSTALL AND THE FINAL REVEAL.

All of our hard work pays off and your project is done! We schedule a day for all of your new furniture, rugs, accessories and decor to be installed. We oversee every last detail to ensure every lamp, pillow and rug is perfectly placed.
